1.0 Do your designs change frequently?
A: We develop them around feedback from our customers, what we think you will love and what we also feel will look fabulous. We try to do a minimum of two changes per annum but it is dependant on sales.
We are fairly new so we are just gathering our data to what sells well, particularly around the seasonal changes? What feedback we receive online and equally what we intend on launching new in the future. They are small collections and once they are gone. We may look to do the same style but with different patterns so the uniqueness remains for all.
2.0 Where do you source your materials ?
A: These are hand block printed and manufactured in Jaipur. Hand block printing is centuries tradition where a wooden block is hand carved and each individual design is hand printed onto fabric to create the designs you see.
Our Sleepwear and dresses are 100% Indian cotton. We work closely with our artisans and only choose small companies providing the utmost care for their workers. We personally visit at least once per annum to ensure quality, sustainability falls within our values.
A: Candles With regards to our candles and hand and body wash, we procure these in the UK and manufacture directly here in Dorset. Our candles are made from 100% soy wax with cotton and linen wicks. We use high quality oils which can be traced back to their origin. Each candle comes in a glass vessel that has been specifically manufactured to hold heat.
Our Body and Hand wash are procured in the UK and do come in plastic bottles that can be used over and over to suit any purpose.
We do not offer a refillable service purely as we are not aware of how the container has been handled and avoids and prevents any risks to both Nido110 and yourselves.
3.0 How do I care for my product?
A:As natural dyes are used within the processing of the hand block printing, it is advisable to cold wash separately and avoid drying in direct sunlight.
With regards to our candles, please do not leave unattended. Burn candles out of the reach of children and pets. Always have at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire.
Only burn this candle on a level heat resistance surface. Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass. Glass may become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.
Hand & body wash – these have been registered appropriately as per legislation and every product has the ingredients listed on the bottle and have been tested accordingly.
All our candles and body wash have CLP labels as per legislation and are made in small batches. If you have any allergies please note the contents and ingredients listed to avoid any impact to your skin.
