Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns

At Nido110 Lifestyle, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.  Here are the details of our shipping and returns policy:

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping £5.99
  • Express Shipping £9.99

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website. We ship most products worldwide, but due to the nature of our candles and hand & body wash products, we only ship these items within the United Kingdom.

Eligible Products

Our standard shipping policy is designed for all products except candles and hand & body wash. These items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.

Shipping Terms

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for UK deliveries and 7-14 business days for international deliveries.
  • Express shipping takes 1-2 business days for UK deliveries and 3-7 business days for international deliveries.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £100.

UK-only Restriction for Candles and Hand & Body Wash

Unfortunately, we do not ship candles and hand & body wash products outside the United Kingdom. This is due to the nature of these products and the costs associated with international shipping, legislative requirements in each jurisdiction.

Shipping Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days form the date you receive your item to request a return. 

Condition of items to be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

How to Return

  1. Contact us at michelle@nido110lifestyle.co.uk to request a return
  2. We'll provide you with a return address and instructions
  3. Package the item securely and send back to us
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is faulty)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.  Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately.  We'll arrange a free return and full refund including shipping costs.
